I created a very lush spa this month. There are about a billion plants on this lot. My fast computer got a bit sluggish on this lot at times. If you have an older computer, this may require some reworking.

I opted to go for a community lot this month, and turned their house into a mall.

The first floor features plenty of couches for resting, a couple vending machines, a clothing store, video game store, and a pet store.

Second floor has more seating, a food court, more vending machines, a restroom, and a balcony for star gazing through the telescope. The food court boasts quite a selection of foods including a 1960’s style diner, a tropical getaway, a mountain hideout, and a far eastern adventure.

The third floor has a coffee shop where you can take a break and watch the bustling food court below, cash register, and last minute souvenir shoping.

Outside you may nap under the shade of the willow tree, breakdance, or enjoy the fish as they swim around in the pond.

This is the second makeover I did of 105 Sim Lane. I really do love the look of this house, so I did not change much of the exterior. I added a carport, redid the landscaping, and changed the color scheme.

I love the exterior of this house. As I said on MATY, this house was one of the ones that really got me excited about the game prior to launch. However, none of the rooms inside are large enough for a double bed! What married couple wants to sleep in seperate rooms? As if.

So, here’s my first makeover for 105 Sim Lane.

This boarding house features three apartments. One above the garage, one in the basement, and one on the second floor of the main house. The first floor of the main house is a common area with computers, skilling equipment, and a lounge. The backyard has a nice swimming pool, hot tub, and bbq area.

The rules of the challenge require that you leave the original shell of the house intact, and each month a restriction is placed on the house.

This two story apartment sleeps up to two sims and has plenty of room for the essentials.

130 Short Street is another faux townhouse, however, unlike 127 and 128 Short Street it is not an apartment. Rather, it is a three story single family dwelling, in which the family runs a Holiday Shoppe on the first floor, while living on the second and third floors.
